I. REGULATIONS ON OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER AND BUYER

- Obligations of the Seller:

+ Advise and guide all information related to the product so that Buyers can understand and use the service.

+ Provide full product push to Buyer on time and quantity after Buyer has paid Seller in full.

+ Assist Buyers in solving complaints, questions and difficulties in the process of using the product.

+ Provide documents related to the Buyer's payment to the Seller such as receipts, invoices, ... with the total amount that the Buyer has placed in the month as requested.

- Obligations of the Buyer:

+ Comply with the processes and regulations related to the services specified by the Seller.

+ Pay the Seller the full amount of money according to the order together with the required documents and invoices (if any).

+ Support and provide complete information to Seller regarding transactions upon the Seller's request.

II. REFUND POLICY ON TRANSACTION

- For in-store purchases in case of an error, there is no replacement item, we will refund in cash.

- For Online transactions in case of refunding customers due to overpayment or customers no longer buying, we will transfer to a bank account agreed by both parties.

III. CLAIM HANDLING PROCEDURES

- Receive all customer complaints related to the use of the store's products.

- In all cases of warranty, return, you must go to our transaction locations for warranty procedures.

- Complaint settlement time is within 03 (three) working days from receipt of customer's complaint. In case of force majeure, the two sides will negotiate by themselves.

IV. INFORMATION STORE TIME

- Preserve and store customer transaction data within 06 months from the date of transaction.

- Retain documents related to customer complaints for 06 months from the date the inspection results are accepted by the customer.

V. REGULATIONS ON CONFIDENTIALITY

- Customer information when using the product on the Floordepot.vn website will be kept confidential and not disclosed your Personal Information to unrelated third parties without your consent. .

- Using personal information: In case of need, Floordepot.vn can use the Customer's information on the system to contact such as calling, sending mail, thank you letter, ...

- Share personal information: The Company commits not to disclose any of the Customer's information. Except for some necessary cases such as: when required by law agencies, in cases where we believe that it will help us protect our legitimate rights before the law, ...
